Jim and Heather have 3 awesome kids that are all active in their own right! Morgan is a member of the team as well as a recent Texas Tech graduate with a passion for marketing. Lauren is currently applying to nursing schools and hopes to follow her dreams to become a nurse with a focus on either oncology or anesthesia. The youngest Patrick is an avid athlete with a true love for football and hopes to play in college one day. When Jim isn't spending time with his kids he and Heather love finding hot new restaurants and enjoying a nice pour of bourbon. Jim's bourbon collection is something not to be missed with nearly 400 bottles! He loves everything about the history of bourbon so much so that he founded Bourbon Bites and Burbs where he and Heather host monthly bourbon dinners, tasting and other events!
